Very helpful staff. It’s in terminal 3. Separated from airport by a small mall pathway. If you’re apprehensive about the subway system you can take the free shuttle bus to Shibuya and Shinjuku. Easy to navigate to outlying areas.

Wonderful hotel that proved to be very convenient for my latest visit to Tokyo. The breakfast buffet was excellent! Right in the heart of Heneda Airport Garden put it in the middle of the restaurants and souvenir shops. And Haneda is such a well-supported airport – especially Terminal 3 that it’s makes the perfect base for a stay in Tokyo. This hotel also makes life a bit easier if you arrive late and have to leave early (like I did, coming from the UK). Please note is that the Monorail’s last run is about 11:30 and the Keikyū Line finishes for the night about the same time. After that you’ll have to use a taxi. Keep this in mind if you’re staying out late. All-in-all this is a great hotel which I will return to.

Check-in was easy and quick, staffs are helpful, the room was good and clean, hotel was good in location near the arrival hall of terminal 3 and we took the earlier flight the next day, very easy travel to terminal 2 from the hotel.

Location location location AND everything else! We had a very early flight out so was looking for very close location. I didn't expect all the great amenities, for example you can get updates on you Laundry as it's washing in the Multiple coin operated washing machines closest to you, and also see if there are any machines are available or nearly finished for use! Then of course there are the restaurants and spa options, lastly we got up very early, checked out with ease and strolled over to the airport to catch our flight! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean, lovely, quiet, amazing spa - best choice!
I've stayed here three times now. This time check in was a breeze and very fast, and my room was lovely - small, but lovely and comfortable with a good sized bathroom with windows! You can control the temperature in your room which is great. My favorite things about this hotel - the proximity to Haneda airport, the shops and restaurants within a quick walk, and of course the onsen! So many great baths and saunas to choose from. It's a MUST if you stay here to go to the baths. I chose not to get breakfast this time because last time the line was so long and I had no time before my flight. My advice would be not to purchase breakfast in advance since there are enough choices in the airport.

Great location! Walkable distance from Haneda airport terminal 3. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby. Super convenient! Room is tiny. The hot spring is great.
