High quality airport hotel. It is airport hotel so don't expect anything special. Clean room, great location, hotel staff that can communicate with English. (English is still quite uncommon in Tokyo. Hotel's own italian restaurant has staff with very limited English like basic things example. "Still water" may need to be pointed with finger from drink-menu).
