This was a hotel located directly in the airport. Everything is top notch, but then again, you're paying for it. If the prices were lower I would've stayed in this hotel for the duration of my trip. Grand luxury all the way, nothing bad to say.

As a hotel guest, I was charged 2000 yen for use of the hot springs. Upon checkout, I paid the 2000 yen owed. No receipt was provided. Hotel is now saying that I still owe 2000 yen for use of the hot spring. I have witnesses also that saw me give the 2000 yen to the front desk person. After communicating via email back and forth, I just told them to just charge my cc. I am truly disappointed and frustrated as I am an honest and trustworthy person.
