Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport was extremely convenient after the long flight from California. After going through customs, we walked directly to the hotel and were greeted by a very helpful friendly staff member. It’s a very clean and nice hotel with a very nice public bath. I will stay here again and highly recommend Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda.

The hotel was connected to the airport and easily accessible. The staff was absolutely incredible. Kind, helpful, patient and willijg to go out of their way to alleviate any issues you have. The rooms are on the small side but i felt they sufficed for a night maybe even 2. The bed was on the harder side but it didnt bother me. I was still able to sleep well. Overall id stay here again when i come back to japan in the future.

We chose this hotel because it is at the airport so it was easy to have the hotel hold our luggage until we needed to leave for the airport. It was worth the price to be at the airport to save us time. The breakfast buffet was excellent in terms of the number of choices and taste. We didn't have to wait long at 7am. The hotel room size was adequate and had everything we needed. The shower was excellent. Loved the water pressure. There wasn't enough surface space to have a separate desk to do my makeup or open my luggage, but we made it work. There was only one smallish table as a surface. We would stay here again next time.

The hotel is very nice and is enormous. Our room was at the end of a 100 yard hallway. Quite a walk to/from the elevator. It is located adjacent to Haneda's international Terminal 3. It has several sections with various views of the airport. The staff were excellent and the breakfast had a lot of variety. It also has an onsen to relax in. It was a couple hundred yard walk to the airport terminal but a very convenient place to stay. I would recommend this hotel if you are flying out if Haneda.

Didn't like the layout of the elevators. To confusing as were to go to get different places. Normally all elevators do everything. I didn't use the spa or the restaurant in the spa because I couldn't figure out how to use it. Shoes, socks, barefoot, were to go, lockers, turnstyles, tickets, room card, what to were, etc. You need a American person to make signs in English that tell the facts to get the person moving. All I could do is stare at very complex instructions that never told me what I needed to know. I think there are a lot of assumptions as what you do. I saw people walking bare foot that haven't washed there feet yet, that is very gross and unhealthy. I wasn't going to walk on that floor without shoes. I would'nt even walk on it in socks. So I missed out on all that. What you could do for English speaking people is have a button on the TV that says "SPA For Beginners" and just simply describe with no assumptions what to do and what to expect.

The excellent amenities of the best airport I’ve ever been to are all within walking distance – including an excellent food court. The Lawson, right outside seems to be 24 hours which is very useful. More than once, I have used this hotel as a base while I stayed in Tokyo. This works out very well, but the trains stop around midnight, so this “curfew” is something to keep in mind. Overall, the hotel is fantastic. The staff in every aspect of the company are the best. The buffet breakfast is plentiful – but do follow their advice. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and I will be coming back in the not too distant future.
