Most staff were great and helpful with shipping luggage. breakfast buffet was also very good. Very much enjoyed the variety of option at the buffet. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Great stay at the Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay. Fast check in. Large rooms with a beautiful bathroom. Great daily breakfast. Right by the monorail. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel needs updating. Everything in the room was old and outdated. The decor was something from the late 80’s. The pillow was ripped, and the wall was cracked. The paintings on the wall were faded. I won’t be staying at the Okura again.
