This place really exceeded my expectations. This was my 5th time visiting Japan from the states. So let me start off by mentioning that I’ve stayed in many Tokyo hotels from prior visits and this one was by far my favorite for many reasons. First, If you’ve ever visited Tokyo before, you’ll know that the rooms are very small. This was my first time coming here with a toddler and we knew we needed extra room for them to run around. This place was perfect for our little family (3 of us total) The room was the perfect size. A double wide bed fit my wife, toddler, and I with no issues. The room had a small dining area with two chairs and a banquet. It also had a bunk bed that doubled as a couch below for a quick rest after walking all day when we were too sweaty to lay in bed. The room also had plenty of added amenities. A small kitchenette that was clutch for washing bottles. A good size mini fridge for cold snacks and baby milk. It even had a little cook top and microwave. The shower room also has a combo washer dryer! I didn’t even know those existed! I was also really surprised with the amount of storage this place had, including under bed storage for our luggage. Most importantly, we LOVED the staff. They spoke English well enough to answer all of our questions and always greeted us and our baby with genuine smiles and care. Lastly, this location was only about a 15 minute walk to a JR station (for JR pass users) and less a than 7 minutes walk to the nearest metro.

Loved the laundry in the room as well as the refrigerator. We were a family of 4, and with the 2 full beds and the bunk bed we felt we had plenty of room.

Great place to stay with family. Not recommended if you want to experience nightlife nearby. This was perfect if you’re with kids and need a roomy place to stay with your own laundry and kitchen.

We stayed at the Monday Apart for two nights in the first leg of our Japan trip. The hotel overall is nice! It is a small hotel in a skinny tower with 2 rooms per floor. It is a newer building. We had a room that slept 4. There was a bunk bed. The room is smaller but very functional. The unit is was very clean. The hotel is about a 10min walk to the nearest subway station within walking distance to Tokyo tower. It is in a quieter area of town. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay and superb service
The stay was wonderful and superb. Staff are commendable especially Yu, he was really service oriented and helpful with our needs and questions. Actually, all the staff there deserve to be recognized with their services. The room was clean, having a washing machine is a plus and all the kitchen utensil are provided. The property is accessible and near to subway station which is walking distance only. Convenient stores are walkable and nearby restaurants are everywhere.

Fantastic location
Clean and relatively spacious bedroom for a family of 4. The building is strategically located to visit Tokyo with access to multiple transportations. We never had to use a taxi. Nice neighborhood with many restaurants and convenient stores.

Great hotel
It was such a great stay. The location was very good and quiet at night. The staffs were friendly, all facilities were very clean and all the necessary amenities were provided. The room was a little smaller than how it looked in the pictures, but it is not easy to get a big room in Tokyo, and for the price I think this hotel is one of the best options. Highly recommended.

Solid place to stay. Convenient location that's accessible by a single train line from Narita. The room is a decent size for Tokyo and efficiently laid out. Comfortable stay for 2 adults and 2 kids. Loved the in-unit washer/dryer combo and the small electric stove - made life easy for us during our extended stay. Staff was friendly and polite throughout our stay.

Very comfortable stay. Huge plus with the in room washer/dryer machine. I wish we could have more time to stay there. The location is convenient to everywhere. Walking distance to Tokyo tower and subway station.

Very convenient location and subway and JR lines are couple or several blocks away. Many food options available in the area with good price. Several family marts are around the area. Hotel is clean and nice and has everything we need. Especially the Kitchen, washing machine and dryer are the bonus. Staffs are nice but with limited English.
