Smart new hotel just outside Haneda. I was a bit worried about traffic noise but was fine. Short walk from the metro station (go outside and turn left along local road and hotel is in front of you) or very quick shuttle bus. Nice room and a good choice of Asian and Western breakfast at small cafe in the lobby. Otherwise nothing much in the area, but Shinagawa is only a 30 minute train ride for example.

Very conveniently placed hotel... no English TV st

This is a great hotel for an early start at Haneda. Very conveniently placed for toyko and nearby areas. However, the breakfast is disappointing. The Japanese offering is ok. The rest is really not great. The rooms are comfy but small as is usual for Tokyo. I couldn't seem to find the correct setting for the air con so it was an oddly dry night. The one thing which I wish they would address is the lack of English or foreign language channels on the TV. A bit of BBC or CNN or Canal+ even... as an international airport you've got to expect non-japanese guests. The Narita airport manage this so I dont understand why JAL city can't.
