Wonderful hotel! This location was perfect for my travel plans. It was super close to the train station and bus stops. I took a bus from my hotel to the Tokyo Disney resort and it was a quick 25 minutes bus ride with no issues. The room was clean and just enough space for what I needed. The bathroom did have a musty odor when I first arrived, but I was able to deal with it by running the bathroom air vent. Check in and check out was a breeze and the staff was very kind. Would definitely book here again!!

My favorite place I stayed during my Tokyo Trip! If I would've stayed ANYWHERE for the duration of my trip, it easily would've been here. While the hotel rooms are a little smaller, they're not /as/ small as photos or videos may lead you to believe. I had two suitcases full of things and still felt like I had plenty of room. Bathroom was also exceptionally nice, and the large bathtub was a huge plus. Genuinely, did not expect such a large bathtub, I was really happy. Considering I paid $45 a night for this room, there is no beating this hotel. Sure, it is located a little bit outside many main areas of Tokyo in Edogawa-Kasai, but there's still plenty around both around the hotel as well as in Tokyo. It is not hard to navigate the area around the hotel at all via train or bus, and it is an EXTREMELY SIMPLE bus connection to Tokyo DisneySEA or Tokyo Disneyland. Easily my favorite hotel I stayed in Tokyo, seriously! Did I mention there's a downstairs dining area that has a soda machine for free use? :D

The hotel was perfect for our trip to Tokyo, it was close to both a train station and bus station. There is abundance of food options nearby all within walking distance. Staff were very nice, check in and check out was easy. They spoke some English and had translation sheets for main hotel information.

This property was centrally located which makes it easy to buses and train. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room had 4 single beds, but the room was very small overall. The washroom was very small

I’m really glad I booked this property. It’s so close to the subway station (5 min walk) while simultaneously being close to restaurants. The hotel staff was nice and accommodating. The room was small, but very clean. Would definitely stay here again!
