Great hotel with great facilities including a self service laundry. Convenient location, only a 5 minute walk to Shinjuku Station and surrounded by lots of great restaurants and there is a Starbucks located under the hotel. Would recommended!

Our stay was great. Beds were comfortable and room had everything we needed including a king size bed which is hard to find in Japan! Location was easily accessible to Shinjuku station by a short walk. Would stay here again

Needs more washing machines with dryers that actually dry clothes quickly. Long wait to get a machine and takes about 3 hours to dry and expensive. Like the hotel being so new with incredible views, quiet and comfortable rooms with fantastic AC that you can control. Wish there were actual closets. Premier king room was a decent size but expensive considering hotel does not many amenities.
