We had an excellent stay at Hotel Grand Bach. The staff were amazing and courteous. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. The location was prefect for exploring the area. We will definitely return to this hotel when we are back in Tokyo.

I made staff aware when we first arrived but ultimately nothing could eliminate the odor. They did provide an option to switch rooms but it was smaller with poor view.

Elegant hotel and fantastic service
This hotel is very classy. It blends modernity and luxury. 15th floor is the one you want to be on if you want peace and quiet. Views from the 15th floor are ok, but Ginza is where to be. The staff know English very well and are very helpful. They accept and do luggage forwarding too.
