Service and cleaning of my room for the 17 nights I stayed was unacceptable. It was not cleaned and changed on the days they told me it would be. Towels were always missing so I had to go ask for an extra towel since we had 3 people staying. Just horrible experience. Next year when I visit Tokyo, I will be looking for a better budget hotel with better service.

The staff was some of the best in Japan (which is saying something since Japan’s customer service rocks). The room itself was very spacious for Japan, although our bed was pretty squeaky to be honest. Not a deal breaker though and I heavily recommend this hotel and will definitely use again.

Fantastic hotel across the Senso-ji Temple! Would highly recommend. The only issue I can see would be for those who are tall or on the hefty side, as the toilet/shower is not very spacious. Other than that, I would stay here every single time I would visit Tokyo!

Fantastic location, across the Senso-ji Temple and walking distance to a main subway station. Super clean and great service from staff. Only issue you might encounter will be the toilet and shower if you are a tall or on the hefty side. Would stay here again if we were to come back. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Staff are really friendly and accommodating, they always smile and try their very best despite the communication barrier. Room is small but clean and the location is very close to all attractions & train station. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice experience! Easy to walk to Asakusa station and there're so many restaurents around there. The staff is friendly as well. If I have chance to visit Tokyo again, I'll book here again.

Really small room, toilet was tiny. You think flying economy is bad, wait til you try sitting in this. This is Tokyo though, and there is a reputation for small rooms. Everything else was great however. Great location near to stations but far away enough that you dont get train sounds.

Good location with helpful staff
Conveniently located, just 3-min walk to tobu station and 5-min walk to Tokyo metro station. It also takes a few minutes walk only to the tourist spots Kaminarimon and senso ji. Staff at front desk could speak in English. They were helpful to store our luggage during a few-day gap between we checked out and re-checked in again. We also appreciate their help to offer us connecting rooms for 3 persons.
