Very convenient as it's right across from the Bayside Station. A good alternative if you cannot book a Disney hotel. The staff are all very kind and helpful. There's a Lawson right downstairs so it's perfect and convenient to grab some snacks before heading over to the park.

Beds are terribly uncomfortable. Hard as a rock. Restaurant tried to charge different rates than posted due to holiday. Manager agreed to charge posted price. Shouldn’t have had to ask. If you are chargingjng a different rate it should be posted. Staff tried to tell me price was on the tv info channel!!! Reallly!!!! The price at your counter is normal price and I have to turn on the hotel tv to find the correct price!!!! That’s completely backwards!!!!

This is the second time I have visited this hotel. The rooms are wonderfully comfortable and roomy. I remember the breakfast was better the last time I came (Nov. 2023). Here is a tip: if you are using the Disney metro transport - do not use your Passimo or Suica card, instead get a day or multiday pass. Each time you use your card, it is 300 yen....and that adds up because you get on and off going to the shopping area and to your hotel. The hotel gardens are closed for the winter, but it is beautiful. So worth your effort if you want to head to Narita or Haneda as they have a shuttle. I booked the hotel on Expedia so I couldn't get Hilton honor points --- but they extended me free breakfast for the duration I was there. The staff were so accommodating and kind.

This hotel is great but the staff are next level. Special shout out to Philip from the baggage services who was so friendly and when he saw me in the elevator with my cases I was leaving with them he took them from me and had a nice chat. Hotel in general is nice, we had the executive room which is also really useful but 2 things I would improve 1) should be a seperate check in desk for executive rooms 2) should have soft drinks in cans to take out to your room.

Very close to the Disney monorail as it was right beside of Disney's properties. The staff were amazing from arrival and knew flawless English. Our room was ready early, so we were able to have our bags delivered straight there from the airport motorcoach. The bar was excellent with food and drinks in line with USA pricing. The Lawson was an amazing option for late night snacking when returning from the parks. The room itself was large with a great view of the parks and fireworks. We also stayed a night at the Disneyland Hotel and wish we had saved the extra money and stayed here for the night. Amazing property with amazing facilities, staff, food, and cleanliness. Will be returning here even when not visiting the parks.
