We really enjoyed our stay, great location close to everything, rooms were good size, clean and new. The only thing to improve which is minor but would have liked fresh towels after a couple of days as they didnt dry very well.

I think this was the best hotel we have been in Japan. This was our 3rd time here in Japan. We were suprised how big the room was. Staff were excellent. Clean, comfortable and very accessible to transport and shopping. We enjoyed our stay.

The facility is located in a very convenient area, closed to shopping area and transportation stations. My room has a view of Shinobazuno pond and Ueno zoo, very nice. The room comes with a microwave, refrigerator and some kitchen accessories. Very clear and felt like home. Will come back again if we revisit Ueno.

Excellent location, in particular for Ueno park, zoo. Beautiful onsen on the top floor, excellent views of the city and park from the open air 14th floor onsen. Very nice family room, spacious with excellent shower.

the hotel was semi self-service. we stayed in a japanese style room, where we had to take out the futons and bedsheets from the wall cabinet and set up the bed ourselves. room was small and clean, but the beddings, i.e. futon, blankets, etc. are not clean. I spotted red stains on white blankets so did not want to touch nor use the blankets at all. I also spotted stains on futons when i set up the bed,but at least the bedsheets seemed clean. the view was nice though.

Comfortable stay
Since it was peak season, the room assigned to us was not yet ready when we arrived. The front desk staff as well as his supervisor were very apologetic and they looked for a ready, cleaned room. Other than that, check-in was good. Room 609 has the Ueno Park view, which was a plus since this was a request. The room is spacious and clean, with kitchen amenities. We also love the pajamas as well as the get-as-needed supplies in the lobby. Checkout was a breeze. Will surely consider staying again in &Here Ueno on our next visit to Tokyo. Very satisfied guests here.

We had a wonderful time staying here with our family of 3. We would absolutely stay here again! Location - super convenient to get to and from Narita airport on the Keisei Skyliner. Walking to shopping, food. and major train lines. Service - the staff were very friendly and helped us with filling out the forms to forward our luggage onto Osaka at the end of our stay in Tokyo. Onsen - the onsen on the top floor was so clean, new, and spacious. Very relaxing. Of the 3 days I went, my friend and I had the place to ourselves 2 of those days. The indoor onsen was a little too hot, but the outdoor one was good. Room - we had the Superior (Japanese Western) Family Room and it was perfect for our family of 3. 12yo on the top bunk and mom and dad on the bottom. Laundry - there are coin washers and dryers on the 2nd floor. The wash took about 30 min but even after an hour, the clothes weren’t dry so be prepared for it to take some time.
