Pool is paid if you want to use it. Was closed the two times we tried. Breakfast looks like it should be great but is worse than most continental breakfast in quality and taste. Place is close to Disney and bus runs regularly to the station and back. You can walk too, takes 22 mins.

A great place to stay if you're going to Disney. We stayed here for 2 nights, and 1 night at a Disney hotel (for the Disney Vacation package so we could go to Fantasy Springs). I would rate Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama's facilities, service and buffet breakfast much higher and far better value. The staff who handled our check-in, baggage, and departure on the Airport Limousine provided impeccable service and made it all so easy. Would recommend getting a day pass (can get for 1 or more days) for the Disney Resort Liner if going to the parks. The station is a few minutes walk to and from the hotel, and it's a much quicker & nicer ride than the shuttle bus. There are a variety of tasty choices for breakfast, both Japanese and Western, savoury and sweet - everything you'd expect plus some dishes you might not. The laundry with option to pay via an app, the breakfast booking system and the shops are all added bonuses that made our stay enjoyable. Finally, the atrium is as beautiful as it looks in the photos!

I was pleasantly surprised with our stay and the ease of moving to Disneyland which the hotel offers. Service staff are excellent and this hotel suitable for both families, couples and a group of friends. F&B quality was also good and we ate at both the Int’l rest as well as the Japanese rest. Overall experience was great and the hotel is also not overly priced for both rooms & F&B. We booked two rooms and are very happy with our stay, thank you.

Hotel staff was amazing. Property seems to be older and needs an update to be brought into this new era. HVAC system for the facility only has a heating or cooling option. So even tho I had the room set for cooling, It only blew hot air due to the HVAC system of the whole facility being on heat. Came back to my room feeling like a sauna. Meals with in the hotel were great.

So happy I got the breakfast vouchers, I just wish they had room service for the other meals. We asked a server and was told we couldn’t have food from the restaurants in the room. The beds were smaller than I thought so I’m happy I went with the 3 beds. I had to push them so together so we’re can all sleep somewhat comfortably , however, the beds were not comfortable at all. Overall, I liked the service, and the convenience to Disneyland.

Convenient stay for Disney
It was a very quick one night stay so that we could easily get to Tokyo Disney Sea. The room was fine for this purpose however it would not have been comfortable for an extended stay since the room is pretty small for a family of 4. There wasn’t enough room for all the luggage and the bathroom is very tight. The room was clean and updated I believe so that was nice. The staff were very helpful in storing our luggage while we went to Disney and helping us to get transportation to our next hotel after. I would stay here again if going to Disney, but would not have 4 people share one room.

Great location
Beautiful hotel. Check in and out was quick and easy. Recommend checking in before you return from Disney as it is busy in the evenings. Hotel staff have difficulty with English BUT are so great to communicate with by using a translator so we can understand each other. Great location for Disney whichever park you choose. Can walk from the monorail station or by resort shuttle from the monorail. The room is spacious too and everything is so clean.

Very nice hotel with pleasant staff. The rooms were quite spacious and the location was perfect for a Disney trip. Kind of random but the shampoo and conditioner they provided was amazing!! I find most hotel shampoos are very incredibly drying but there’s made our hair very silky. Our whole group voiced how much they loved it.

Nice location for the theme parks nearby, and easy access via a dedicated rail line. Rooms were clean and suitable, but the beds are quite firm. There was only one restaurant open in the hotel so dining options weren't great, so had to venture out for food. In saying that, there is a nice convenience store in the lobby area. Overall nice hotel.
