Hotel located within 2 different train station. Walking distance to Akihabara Electric Town. Hotel room was clean and quiet. Onsen was great and complimentary snack given. Overall, enjoyed my stay there.

Property is excellent in terms of staff, amenities, food, walkability and convenience in location. The baths are cleaned daily and they even had a free washer and cheap dryer for clothes. My only ding for the inn is that the walls in our hotel room were a little scuffed up amd the bathrooms were small but still managable.

Very convenient to Akihabara and the staff was super friendly. We felt really horrible for misunderstanding the hours and accidently going to the onsen right at closing, so don't get confused by the hours like us! The hotel is very charming and all in all, very happy we picked it.

I had a cool view of the city and trains, but they weren't too loud. I also had some complimentary dessert waiting for me which was delicious. I was only there one night, didn't get to use the hot spring or cafe.

The hotel marketed its spa and breakfast, but the spa is very rundown, very small. Breakfast has very limited options. The staff was very not helpful, almost go out of the way to claim they don’t offer any service that is not directly related to logding. The room is very small too. Don’t book.

Great experience, I like the Onsen after a long day. breakfast was good for additional charge. Only issue is the bathroom and room is very small. Bathroom doesn’t have a real sink. I think Onsen is what makes this place great because the room is only average
