Great location & view but room for improvement
This was one of our numerous stays at the hotel. We love the location, the view over the Sky Tree (you can't beat that) and the good service. However, some of the rooms really need to be refurbished. The new payment system (through a machine) doesn't go well with a hotel of such standards and it is confusing. The staff had to come and assist so why not pay at the front desk? And... whether it is your first time staying there or the 10th, nobody seems to have a record of it. It is always a bonus though when you are greeted as a return guest.

This property was very close to Senso-Ji temple, Nakamise-Dori and close access to the Sumida River walkway. There are two train lines close by. The room had an amazing view of the temple area and you could see the Tokyo Skytree in the distance. The night view is a sight to behold. The staff were very friendly and definitely try their breakfast buffet. There are tons of shops and restaurants right outside as well so there's no shortage of things to see, do and eat all within walking distance of the hotel.

Fantastic location. Choose your rooms not next to a staff entrance. Trolleys running around outside the rooms all night. No A/C just heating. Not comfortable if you run hot at night. Lighting in rooms were not intuitive you have to ask. Bedspreads were dirty. Linens clean. Towels clean. Floors dirty. Service was outstanding did not fit with the hotel. Very safe! Great location.
