Finally, a Japanese hotel that provides a bed that gives you room to store your suitcase under it. This was a big plus for me, however the bed mattress is just way too hard even for Japan standards. The Double bed room was slightly larger than your typical Tokyo room and the facilities overall were spot on for my needs.

great stay, great breakfast, great location
this was a perfect place for our first days in Tokyo after arriving. The breakfast was fantastic, they even had a chef making onigiri to order. short walk to Senso Ji temple area. the beds were super comfortable and the room was big enough for our family of 4.

Perhaps the worst bed I have slept on in my 52 years of living. It’s really hard to describe how bad the bed was. I think the floor with just carpet may have been softer. The only thing worse than the bed was the pillow..made of recycled straws cut in 1/4 snippets, yes it is as uncomfortable as it sounds.

We stayed at this hotel as a family of 5. English friendly. We booked the larger room with 4 twin beds. I loved everything about this hotel including amenities, they assisted with booking our luggage transport from Tokyo to Kyoto with Yamato Transport, and we received room service every day. All of the staff were so friendly. The downsides were that the beds were extremely hard…almost futon-like. The pillows were not the best either (small and flat). The room we were placed in had a view of the other room windows so there was rarely any sunlight coming in.
