The property itself was okay, no difference from other APA hotels. The problem is the location. It is literally 30ft from the JR line and you hear the train rumble by every few minutes and there are very slight vibrations with each passing.

Great location. Nice clean hotel.
Location is wonderful. Between two stations with one station being Akiharbara. It is quiet here but only a few blocks from the crazy loud nightlife of Akiharabara. Hotel is nice easy to find. The only negative is it has only one elevator so that can cause delays. Hotel seems new or recently updated. Staff is very English friendly, so is the entire area. Lawson is right across the street. Is close to station so you can hear trains, which ironically helped me sleep.

Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. It was actually one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in during the past couple years. There is plenty to do in the immediate area and train stations are nearby.
