This hotel was close to everything. Of course every part of the city has everything as well. I could walk a few minutes and bein a mall, coffee shop, bakery, barbershop, grocery store. Experience was great.

Hotel is conveniently located in an area close to Metro station, and is very centralized. The Tokyo Tower is down the block if in area for sightseeing purposes. Shibuya and Ginza(shopping areas) are about a 10-12 minute distance away. There are many restaurant and bar options in close distance to hotel. The hotel overall was clean, no issues with staff or room. Served purpose to sleep in and have a hot shower to be able come and go as needed while exploring the Japanese areas.

Clean, modern hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Only quibbles are that the automated check-in service was glitchy/slow and the laundry room was really inadequate for a hotel of this size - 4 machines for 18 floors of guests. The all in one machines also don't dry well at all, we spent several hours doing laundry to get clothes that were not dry at all. Ended up having to hang clothes in our room. The double room did have an ample size bed for two but was extremely small and could have used another chair or small table.
