The hotel is nearby Tokyo metro station. Walkable to metro, Ueno, and Asakusa area. The room is nice. It’s in Japan, so don’t expect a big room. Not far from 7/11 or Watson. I would stay here again if I come to Japan. Easy to check in and check out.

Rooms are small but have everything you require for a good price. Good quiet location inbetween a lot of the main tourist attractions making travel convenient whilst being far enough out to be away from the craziness. Only struggle was the lift is very busy at most times and the stairs are external, so not ideal of on the 12th floor and you have a fear of heights.

location is very good with to train station within 2 mins walking . there. are also 711/lawson nearby. the only let down is the cleaning, apparently room are only cleaned every 3 days.

Conveniently located next to Shinokachimachi station and 10m walk to Ueno with shops, bars restaurants etc. Room was clean, all necessary facilities, and staff were uniformly helpful and friendly. Room was _small_ - definitely ok for one person and good value for the price but this configuration would be too small for two people. Not out of the ordinary for the area. One elevator for the whole hotel (14 floors, 6 rooms per floor) and no stairs is just not enough -- extended wait times, navigating housekeeping moving linen etc. Aircon (windows sealed shut except in emergencies) developed an unpleasant smell after 30m plus usage, requiring constant stopping / starting during day whilst in room and overnight. Property issues not a complete dealbreaker given the price and convenience but would make me think twice next time.

Our stay was good, had a spacious room, two oversized twin beds for our family of 4 - we have two small girls. The only issue was the breakfast was included, but for only two guests. We used our breakfast voucher for the girls. The area was walkable, walked to the Ueno train station to catch our fast train to Narita Airport

Often stayed at this location, convenient to Ueno station. Close by the “E” line and love the noodles in the small restaurant on the lobby. Got washer and dryer. Only issue is the elevator, just one.. in the morning…rush hour for the elevator.
