The property has paper thin walls, you can hear EVERYTHING in the rooms next to you and across the hall. Rooms are small for the price of them. The room was not clean, there were stains on the carpet and desks.

Nice location close to lots of dining options. No laundry in hotel was inconvenient, but laundry option close by was good. Very close, walkable, to Roppongi district.
