The location is really good near to good places to eat, touristic area that you want to visit like senso-ji temple and the markets around it. Tokyo skytree is not far either. The staff were helpful to do my luggage shopping to Kyoto. There was a weird smell in the room on my first day but it went away or I got used to it lol

The hotel is located conveniently on the line from the airports so this is extremely convenient. The staff are extremely helpful and quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay.

This is the first hotel we stayed at arriving in Japan. It’s very convenient as it’s like steps away from a conbini and the Asakusa line. It’s also close to Hoppy Street, Senso-ji temple, Tokyo Skytree and the Asahi building. So many sights to see all within walking distance. The hotel itself is cosy but it has everything you’ll need and then some. This hotel will hold a special place in my heart!

Great location, Asakusa line was just outside of hotel door step. Beautiful view of Tokyo Sky tree and river. Love the free luggage storage service hotel offered, so we could make good use of our final day in Tokyo before flying out late in the evening.

Staff needs to learn English given the fact Tokyo is such a great international tourism city. Also, staff in general are very cold , not very much welcoming. The lady owner at the restaurant at the first floor is very impolite to guest who does not have reservation.

The breakfast is just ok for one day. There is a better option at Dennys approx 5 min walk down the street. Sensoji Temple is about 1/2 a minute further. Great shopping area. The bigger room was comfortable for 2 people. View of Skytree was amazing from my room . Smaller room that my son had was barely enough for one person. No view on lower floors. The one complaint was the many tiny moths that enter the room. The bldg is a square and the center of the square is open to the outdoors. The room door faces the open square and the moths gather in the shower. I did not like showering with the moths. A screen or netting is needed at the top of the open square the prevent all the moths from entering.
