Location was overall good. Air conditioning patchy. Staff were great. Biggest disappointment was not able to enjoy BBC News as dubbed in Japanese so of no use. Close to 2 supermarket areas

Hotel was very nice. 10 minute walk from Ochanomizu Station. I'm sure it'd be faster if there weren't construction going at the station. The hostess at the front desk was very nice, check in was quick and painless. The room was definitely on the tighter side but for a night, it was do-able. The breakfast was delicious! It was a buffet style breakfast with a nice lady running the front end.

Hotel was a good location close to both Jimbocho and Akihabara with good transport links. Staff were great and hotel was clean with good amenities. However the room was slightly too small for 2 people

It was a little bit of a walk (my wife uses a cane) to the main drag, to shop and eat but we did walk to Ueno park, the Imperial gardens and to a train to go to Mt. Fugi. The room was smaller than an inside cruise cabin but it was clean when we got there.
