I got back to my room after seeing my friends and this was about 1am and I pulled my bed down to see a red speck of what looks like either dried blood or food of some sort. It was red. I called to get the bedding replaced and thankfully they did. But still was nice to be able to adjust the temperature of the A/C unlike the last APA I stayed at.

I was very disappointed from this hotel ! Check in was a disaster ! This girl took my passport. Then ask my phone to see the reservation. Then. Refuse to return it to me ! And my phone almost fell on floor ! This is a shame and aggressive behavior she doesn’t respect people ! After that when she moved my staff she dropped intentionally my bag. Can you believe it ? I asked from the hotel a free night or refund. They refused. Thanks to orbitz that saved me from that situation. If a hotel refuses to compensate he doesn’t deserve to earn a dime ! Not from me ! Please look for other place who may respect you and not treat you like an animal !
