This was not a traditional-style onsen and not what I was expecting. (No yukata, no welcome treats.) It has been recently renovated, and the rooms are clean, modern (meaning we had enough outlets for all our electronics), nicely decorated, and very comfortable. Staff spoke English so communication was simple. Lounge had 24-hr water and coffee machine. Didn’t have dinner there, but did have breakfast and it was delicious! Served kaiseki style, attentive and polite wait staff. Thankfully hotel was super responsive and quick communicating thru the Expedia app, which made using the shuttle van very easy. (Would be a challenging walk to/fm train station.) Lovely place and would stay again if we ever return to Toba.

残念なことが…
夫婦で一泊2食付きのプランで宿泊しました。 雨が少しパラついていましたが、車まで傘を持って出迎えて頂きとても良い印象でした。 食事がとても美味しく、お風呂も何種類もありサウナつきでとてもよかったです。 ただベッドの上、シャワールームに長い髪の毛が落ちていたことがすごく残念です。

鳥羽で宿泊施設を探していたところ　内装とお料理に目がとまり決めました。 スタッフさんも親切で　リノベーションされてて　綺麗でおしゃれでした。 フリードリンクを飲みながら綺麗な景色を見ながらゆっくりできましたし　お料理は食器も盛り付けも綺麗で　こだわりがあり全て美味しく頂きました。 お風呂は広く　アメニティグッズも充実していて必要な分を籠に取るスタイルも無駄がなくていいと思いました。 また違う時期にきて綺麗な景色をみてゆっくり癒されに行きたいと思います。 ありがとうございました☺️

車で到着すると駐車場から荷物を運んでいただき、チェックイン前からチェックアウトまでスタッフの皆さんが笑顔で感じ良く対応して下さりました。客室や大浴場等とても清潔でした。 客室やラウンジからのオーシャンフロントの眺めも良く、夕食朝食共に美味しく頂きました。たまたまかもしれませんが、騒がしい宿泊者もおらず、静かでゆっくりと過ごす事ができて満足しております。ありがとうございました。
