In the heart of the ancient city, you will be accommodated in a cozy house set in an ancient palace. The rooms, bright and recently renovated, offer the modern comforts and charm of an ancient residence. The house offers a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a single bedroom, living room, kitchen, veranda, small terrace, laundry and a second bathroom. The living room offers a large sofa. The apartment is great for the stay of three adults, it is possible to add two more beds: a sofa bed in the living room and a bed for children in the single room.

Very pleasant property.Beautiful area
The apartment was very pleasant with plenty of space. Lots of nice little unexpected extras especially in the kitchen. Andrea was very helpful, informative and easily accessible/responsive on whatsapp. The town of Tivoli is beautiful with plenty interesting things to see and do. Trains and buses to Rome are plentiful but unfortunately the trains were not running during my stay while essential maintenance was carried out. I would happily return to this area again. It was very relaxing. Thank you

Beautiful area.Apt situated close to travel amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed Tivoli as one of my favorite stays. Apt was well equipped and had lots of character. I'd rate it as a five star accommodation. It was an amazing rental.

Andrea was such an amazing help. Tivoli is a beautiful city and the apartment is so close to cute restaurants and shops. We loved being close to Rome without being in Rome. The apartment was charming and larger than expected. It was comfortable and we felt at home. We have decided we must come back and would love to stay here again, and again! Thank you Andrea!!

L'appartement est fonctionnel, bien décoré et propre. Le propriétaire, voisin, est très prévenant et serviable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec des aller retour à Rome en train (40 minutes de train). Plein centre du vieux Tivoli et très proche de la villa Adriana.
