Tia was very helpful after Emanuel left us sitting for over an hour. We got there early but he said he would tell us when our room was ready then he clocked out and went home didn’t say anything to Tia. I asked Tia if she knew and she was unaware of our situation and took care of us in a jiffy. Other than that everything was smooth and amazing. Have stayed there before will stay again. Love the atmosphere and relaxing nature.

Easy to find and get to my meetings
Convenience is key here. Breakfast was ok not great. Staff were overwhelmed at times. The kitchen staff was at the bar one night and had issues with the register, not unexpected I guess.

Did not like upon check-in, was not informed of the need to request daily room service if wanted. Broken fan and hairdryer in the bathroom...Issues with hot water in the room at time of check in...Water issue resolved end of first day, but not other minor issues..Never needed hair dryer and was ok without fan working but should no be problems in the first place.Breakfast was good, hotel and room generally clean, staff friendly..Price was reasonable..Despite minor issues would likely stay again.

The property was way better than i expected. It had a comfy feel and a sleek look. They served breakfast and dinner is available if you needed. My phone didnt work there but the wifi helped. You will not regret staying here.
