I did not think that this facility deserved a 9.2 rating from Trip Advisor. The staff was excellent, but the bathroom had mold, I had to ask for soap by the sink, it was noisy.

Best friendly service!
The service was out of this world given that they were horribly understaffed. Both the front desk and the bar had wonderful people working solo(!) for huge numbers coming through. They were cheerful and competent. (The owners need to hire more staff though.) Final thought, the hotel has an amazing balcony for watching rocket launches and the staff did a great job with that too! I would totally stay here again and recommend if you are visiting space center or coming to see a rocket launch.

Our family stayed here the night before our cruise. Great location and clean. Small restaurant & bar with typical bar food. 5 of us stayed in a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed and there was plenty of room.

We will definitely plan to stay here again in the future. Close to Kennedy Space center. Also to our surprise there is an observation area to view launches. We happened to be there to get to witness on in the late night. It was very memorable for our family to watch. There is a restaurant on site. Breakfast was good with waffles,bacon/sausage, cereal, bread choices, oatmeal, fruit, juice and coffee. (They even had almond milk which I appreciated) Room was clean, and staff was kind.
