I arrived and waited 30 min to be checked in due to lack of staff once I was checked in and settled in my room about an hour later and was in bed the front desk called and he put me in the wrong room and said I had to move I did and the second room was a handicap room that was well outdated they didn’t off anything for there mistake and was just disappointed with the overall service

Perfectly acceptable hotel
This is very much your standard Hampton Inn. Clean, bland but free breakfast, polite service. The gym is tiny with just a few machines. Pool was a bit small and quite crowded in the evening. Easy to get to Kennedy Space Center. Enough parking around the hotel. Decent dining options nearby.

I did not like the wifi system . Should be shorter way to get access rather than for free wifi one have to give full detail of personal Information name , email mailing . What mailing adress have to with wifi . As one should check in front desk should give the code for interment that’s it . Rather filling all aplication just to access interment . And intwnwet is not fast . Could not utilise my time for asigment . Wanted go another hotel . They said they cannot refund no money because I booked with Expedia . it’s all scamming now a days . Not a service . I don’t trust Expedia to now .

I did not understand why people were raving about cookies in the reviews. And then I tried them! Wow they were good!! The customer service here is excellent and every single staff member we encountered was super friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean. The kids were happy that they could easily hook the tv up to the laptop, and they were so sad when it was time to leave. Breakfast had little extras to make it delicious, like strawberry compote for the waffles, and lemon scones. Parking was easy. This place exceeded my expectations. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

First I think the price of the damage deposit should be posted somewhere on your site. Also second I was told that they didn’t use cash app cards when that’s the only thing I ever use for damage deposits when booking rooms for personal reasons when come to find out they do accept cash app cards. Third there was a lot of noise (Door Slamming) and Kids running around for hours called the from desk and no one did anything about it.
