Beautifully quiet despite its central location. Spotlessly clean and a very comfortable bed. On a very hot day, the air conditioning was much appreciated! And the breakfast buffet is excellent.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They recommended some restaurants with amazing food. The location of the hotel is very convenient. The only downside was the location and size of the parking lot. It’s behind the hotel in a tiny street and the lot is very narrow and tiny. The guy in charge of the parking lot was friendly and helpful.

Hotellet lå veldig sentralt. Gode rom og rent. LItt varierende engelskkunnskaper og kunnskap om nærliggende faciliteter, slik som ei som forklarte en helt annen vei til turistinformasjonen - som egentlig lå rett rundt hjørnet! Ikke alle i resepsjonen var "like på". Vi hadde store problemer med å kommunisere på mail før ankomst. Etter to dager uten svar, prøvde jeg igjen - da svarte de. Jeg bestilte transport fra flyplassen fordi vi kom på natten, de ønsket kredittkortinfo for å bestille transport, men ingen transport ventet. Det viste seg at det sto rader med taxi ved flyplassen midt på natten, så det burde hotellet ha visst om og informert oss om - at vi bare kunne ta taxi derfra selv. Litt forskjellige tilbakemeldinger avhengig av hvem som var i resepsjonen gjorde at vi ikke følte at vi kunne stole helt på informasjonen vi fikk.

Nice hotel with good location. However the AC wasn't cold enough, unfortunately you couldn't set it below 22. The worst part was that there was a glass wall to the shower and toilet area. They had a screen cover it, but you could see through it, so it didn't really feel comfortable to take a shower in there as we were 2 friends sharing the room. I prefer to be alone in the bathroom....

Die Lage des Hotels in 1 min von der namengebenden Oper ist perfekt, auch wenn ein Neubau den Blick verstellt. Großartig freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, im Frühstücksraum und beim Service, herzlich, freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer nach vorne sind lauter, aber recht gut gedämmt. Passable Verdunkelung. Tolles Bad, gutes Bett, Kissenauswahl. Makellos sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war anständig mit starkem Kaffee und viel Auswahl, insbesondere an Süßem. Vor allem albanische Speisen dabei waren köstlich, ob herzhaft oder süß.
