Highly designed, with respect to the traditional architecture, Panormos villa, is spread over two levels (200m2), offering spacious indoor and outdoor areas, a beautiful private pool of 50m2 in a 4,000m2 property fully planted with Mediterranean flora.
The ground floor has direct access to two patios, one of which covered and wind-protected, overseeing both pool and sea.
The ground floor is a cohesive space of 110m2 constituting of the kitchen area, 2 sitting rooms, one with a fireplace and the other with a sofa bed for two people, a guests’ WC, a dining room (equipped with a restored antique dining table) with a “voltos” (traditional style arc).
Big windows in all walls offer ample light and magnificent views.
The kitchen area luminous and spacious, designed based on traditional style, constructed mainly with wood and marble, fully equipped with the classic SMEG products, is ideal for preparing your meal or breakfast.
In the first floor, one can find three spacious master bedrooms with own bathrooms and individual closets, each with its’ own unique style.
All three bedrooms have ample view of the bay of Panoramas and of the pool area, while the two also share an open air, spacious, marble terrace.
The residence stylish interiors with hand-crafted details and soft lines combines all modern, luxurious necessities with the classic aegean architecture.
The outdoor area is dominated from the luxury outdoor pool, harmonically incorporated to the cycladic scenery, is spacious with 2 stone built dining spaces, one under the shaded pergola, overviewing the pool area.
