RUDE
I was not even able to stay there The hotel called me and told me I was on a do not rent list for them for a previous stay. The person calling was rude and was about to hang up on me when I stopped her to ask when and why. The day I was supposedly there I wasn’t. She didn’t want to give me any information due to the fact that they didn’t have any more info. After I pushed andgot her to dig into it more it wasn’t me and it was someone with the same name. But this wasn’t checked before she called. I understand mistakes happen but she was rude about it until she figured out she was wrong. I cancelled my reservation and had to pay more at another hotel that I had to book last minute. I will NEVER stay with this hotel ever again. Hopefully they will do their homework first next time!!!!!!!

The staff was very nice and accommodating. I was able to check in early and the room was spacious and clean. The free buffet breakfast was good was well and the items changed daily. On my last day I needed a late check out, and the front desk allowed me to do so while storing my luggage as well. I stayed in the lobby of the hotel to work and needed a quiet space to take an important phone call, they allowed me to sit in meeting room. I would definitely stay here again. Convenient location to the highway and restaurants.

Disappointed for the price I paid for 1 night.
Was woken up at 3 am with drunks walking down the hall. The hot tub jets weren’t working properly. The outlets to charge devices didn’t work.

We only stayed one night but enjoyed it very much. The only issue we had was the shower. No bath tub which is fine but the shower is extremely slick. I was afraid I was going to fall. Also, the water would go from hot to cold and back to hot.
