The unit was nice and for the most part quiet. I really didn't hear any street noise and the noise I did hear was from people being a little loud in the wee hours of the morning either in the hallways or possibly coming from the balconies above the terrace area.

I like the layout of the property. Security was very friendly and helpful, felt safe. I did not like that there was no tv in the bedroom. Thereā€™s a tv in the living room. Communication with the owner was good, no problem. I would rent again.

I had a great stay here and plan to stay again whenever i visit. The host was friendly and helpful. I would recommend there be a fan in the room as it gets warm but overall a great stay. It includes the necessities for a comfortable stay. Bring your own detergent if you want to wash clothes etc.

It is clean and in a nice area. Shower is either very cold or super hot, can't take proper shower. Our unit was missing hair dryer and I notify them right away but they never brought one to me. Bathroom vanity smells like sewer. Doesn't seem like it has P-trap and due to that unit smells very bad specially when the door is open ir fan is on.

Extremely loud traffic and music from 11a to 4a...
This area of Tijuana is like staying on the strip in Vegas - like on the actual street. The unit is directly above (one floor above street level) a very busy street that does not slow down until about 4a and then starts back up at about 11a when businesses open. Every business plays music out on the sidewalks, very loud motorcycles and cars with their music playing very loud is experienced in the apartment as if you were standing on the street. I had to leave and find another place to stay. When I tried to process a refund for the end of my long trip, I gave a full day's notice that I would be leaving and the property manager said they could not help and kept sending me back to Hotels.com. Hotels.com said they reached out to the property and they denied a refund. I was disappointed at their unwillingness to help when I had 5 nights left on my reservation and their original cancellation policy was 24hrs notice. :( The bathroom also smells really bad - like sewage - and the shower is just as described in other reviews - even though the property manager told me it was fixed before I booked. This might be a good option if you are just going to party and will be wasted when you come back to sleep. Despite the amenities, it is not conducive to managing or recovering from medical treatment.

This is in a very secure beautiful high rise condo/apartment building. Secure parking and nice amenities. Also very modern industrial decor. My wife and I come down to TJ every couple of months for weekend getaways. Weā€™ve stayed at most of the hotels in centro (Revolucion) and after finding this building, I may just continue coming here. Itā€™s centrally located to clubs, shopping, and restaurants. The host was very easy to work with and made a special accommodation for us. My only complaint is the apartments this host has only has one TV per apartment. We prefer to have one in the living room and bedroom. We had to move them back and forth. The same hist or at least company has multiple apartments in multiple buildings, and all hunky have one TV. I recommend this host, building, and apartment!!

2nd time staying here. Beautiful full apartment. Just like in the pictures. Only negatives, all typical of downtown TJ: 1. Noise from clubs - used ear plugs to sleep. 2. Strong sewer smell from bathroom - kept bathroom door closed and fan running. 3. Both times on 1st floor - didnā€™t get view shown in pictures.

Maybe its not their fault but it was a bigtime Inconvenience for me so I need to report it honestly. I booked a room over a week prior to showing up and when I did there was a self check in, nobody in the building was of any help, I drove 3 hours to get to this location for an event nearby. Opened the door to the loft and someones belongings were in there. I did not receive any notice until after trying to check in that there was an incident with the rental, I was able to get a hold of the person in charge for the booking 30 minutes to an hour after trying to check in and she told me that there was a plumbing issue with the unit but clearly I saw that somebody was staying there! i'm not sure what the real reason is behind me not being able to get that room but she tried to offer me a room that was way out of the way and it was definitely a downgrade. I requested a refund which she was nonresponsive and not available for three days after my request. I had to go to another hotel and book and I also had to wait for a refund. It was an inconvenience to me and I lost about three hours trying to relocate and contact her for a resolution. It was a very bad experience for me and it affected my weekend in a bad way. maybe this was a one time occurrence but that was my experience and it wasn't good.

Property and security staff are amazing. My only problem was parking. For some reason we (security staff) could not find the parking spot for the room I was staying in but they were nice to allow me to park in another spot. Other than that, great place and amenities. Recommend bringing a couple extra of your own towelā€™s if youā€™re staying for more than 2 nights.

Probably the nicest place Iā€™ve stayed at in downtown TJ. Close to everything. Very comfortable, spacious and clean. Just like in the only minor negative is that I had a hard time finding the front entrance. Itā€™s on seventh Street not on Revo and itā€™s the last door of the building down that street. Not obvious, but probably for security reasons

It's more uncomfortable than sleeping in a hotel. There aren't many towels, there's not much toilet paper, and the blankets aren't that warm.
