Hotel was beautiful. It is located in the heart of the town, and close to great shopping and fantastic restaurants. We especially liked the secure parking and easy walk to the beach.

This property did not meet my expectations. The staff was super professional and friendly and helpful. However, we had to pay extra for an upgraded room that was not up to par. The room was clean but very dated and extremely cold. One of the heaters did not work. Once it was fixed, it took hours for the room to warm up so we froze in the room most of the night. Then some kids were running over our heads for hours jumping and making banging noises. Someone tried to come into our room when we first got in. That was weird. Then late at night we thought someone was banging on our door but it turned out to be someone banging violently on someone else's door and screaming and yelling. Very scary.

I liked the rooms and the property itself. I didn’t like how you can hear the noises from room above through the vents! I took my family for a mini vacation and we all couldn’t get sleep because of the noises coming down from the people in the room above! Nothing was done to control the noise !

Enjoyed our stay.
The wife and I stayed here for Thanksgiving 2024. It was our first time staying here in this historic hotel. The lobby, and walk ways are beautiful in decor. The bar and restaurant are really nice and friendly. The food was amazing. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would recommend is having someone guide you to the building you're staying in or add some signs to the place to help explain where to go. If you're never been to this place the layout can be confusing at first.
