I recently stayed at Quartz Hotel & Spa during a dental trip to Tijuana, and it was fantastic! The hotel offers convenient amenities like full-service restaurants, a medical plaza, and a grocery store nearby. The staff is exceptional, providing top-notch service that truly enhances the experience. The heated pool was perfect for a gloomy evening, and the bar staff quickly learned my drink preference, making my stay even more enjoyable. Room service was prompt, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tijuana!

Antonio de Manager at the breakfast restaurant is very unprofessional and only help guests that are American (white). Not sure how can be a manager when he ignores people and only talks and welcomes those that he wants
