Iā€™ve stayed at this hotel more than 8 times. I had a minor issue where I had to cross back to the US, leave my stuff behind in the hotel. I had a reservation booked and asked if I can pay it when I come back to Tijuana (5pm, which Iā€™ve done before and they let me) they told me no just take your stuff come back and check in! One receptionist in particular always gives me a hard time, the others are nice , kind and treat me with excellent service during my stay.
