They need to remodel the rooms
The room is very spacious but the toilet is not very uncomfortable to sit on the toilet and it has a small water leak It doesn't get the WIFI signal well

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! The room was NOTHING like the pictures. We found hairs on the floors, towels, pillowcases, we had no AC or even a swamp in there , the bed was nothing as it was advertised on expedia (yes i read every single thing on there) countertops were dirty, i bought disinfectant in a store nearby and on the first wipe SO much dirt came out . I opened a drawer and there was an empty juice bottle in there. Laying on the bed made us itchy. A broken window was covered by a large mirror. Tvs did not turn on or work with WIFI. Mold everywhere, toilet papers looked as if they fell in water then left to dry. f you are thinking of just booking and thugging it out i recommend you NOTto. Very uncomfortably stay.I very politely went up to the office lady and told her that the room was nothing as advertised and sadly she couldnt do much. She and the cleaning crew were the sweetest. She explained to me that its not the first time customers come up and complain and she told me that its not her in control of the pictures being put up. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!

It’s not was it looks like. It was old, dirty and unsafe. They charged me over $200 dollars a day when it’s actually 400 PESOS a night. I didn’t get towels in my room, I had to ask for them. MOLD EVERYWHERE. Water leaks. Don’t do it!

Booked our room in advance and since the systems went down, they over booked and gave our rooms away even after we came in early before check in to confirm our rooms. The girl at the front desk was no help at all and just had an attitude the whole time. She was rude and unprofessional. After a bunch of arguing we ended up getting different rooms which look absolutely nothing like what you see in the pictures. Room was not very clean, we had to wear shoes in the hotel room cause of how dirty and dusty the floors were. The water was cold to shower.

False Advertising
Room was not as displayed. Whole property was not as displayed. Hotel location was next to the mainstreet of Rosarito. Very load noises all night and room was not sound proof from outside. There were misquitos in room. Strong funny smell in small hallway leading to the room, this was not cleaning supply smell. It gave me nausea and a headache. There were drunk people trying to open my door in the middle of the night and being loud and agressive outside. I only slept for 2 or 3 hrs in my stay. TV channels on tv did not work. Pool was very small. Jucuzzi only pumped cold water. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It is not safe, clean and no security on premises. I was cheated out of my money.

A Nightmare!
Realmente horrible ese Hotel, sucio, mal oliente, todo lleno de moho, sin reparaciones, por años. Que pena para Rosarito, contar con esta clase de lugares! Qué no tienen control de calidad, supervisores, etc.

When we arrived we immediately noticed horrible mold throughout the entire bathroom. She shower door was shattered. The sheets were dirty. When we asked for towels to shower we were told to wait. We asked several times over the night we were there and never received towels. This place was a horrible disgusting nightmare and we were forced to stay there because it was too late to find somewhere else to go by the time we arrived
