Our apartment is a studio cabin for 4 people of 21 m² completely renovated in 2010 which has been awarded the 3 pillows.
It is welcoming and comfortable, perfect for a good holiday!

It is located in the Val Claret residence in the Tommeuses.
It is on the slopes! You can leave and return skis to the foot ...

THE APARTMENT:
 
The studio consists of:
      a main room with a kitchenette,
      a separate cabin with window,
      and a bathroom with toilet.
The heating is on the floor and in every room is an extra heating.
The bathroom and kitchen are tiled, the floor of the studio is covered with a laminated oak flooring.
It was completely renovated in 2010, electricity up to standard.

The lounge in the main room area is equipped with:

      CD-mp3-player alarm clock
      a sofa bed 140x200 with 2 cushions,
      2 pillows, a summer quilt and a Winter quilt for 2 people

THE SKI RACKS:
 
The lockers are heated, so you will have the pleasure of seeing you every morning dry and warm boots to go skiing!
Note that ski boots are not allowed in the residence.
You can easily store in the locker 4 pairs of shoes and four pairs of skis or snowboards.

THE RESIDENCE Tommeuses:
 
The public areas were recently renovated, an extension was built to accommodate the new ski lockers.

A tiny apartment in perfect location
Smallest appartment we stayed in but relatively comfortable and well equipped. The best thing was the ski in - ski out location. Other big pluses are good ski lockers and a bath -really appreciated after the day at the pistes. Check in/out was easy and very friendly.

Cosy and comfy
Place is near to the slopes. Cheapest we could find in the area but definitely worth the stay. Place is warm despite the freezing cold weather outside. Property is generally clean but there were just few issues like bin from previous occupier not emptied, and some hairs in the toilet.

Great Apartment
We have just returned from a week in this apartment. There were just 2 of us in here and it worked perfectly for us. The futon bed / sofa is genuinely comfortable with a proper mattress. There is lots of storage in the apartment and all the hooks are really helpful. A great bathroom; loads of hot water and a great bath. We cooked all week and found the kitchen really practical; and the pressure cooker is a great idea. the apartment building is fantastic, really lovely shared areas; lights that come on quickly, really warm and a good boot room. Just a 15 meter walk between the boot room and being able to put skis on. Absolutely perfect.

Top Lage und alles was man braucht
Ski in - Ski out, dank der super Lage ist es möglich vor Tür die Ski an- bzw. abzuschnallen. Bäckerei in unmittelbarer Entfernung. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Hinweisen möchte ich, dass 50 für die Endreinigung gezahlt werden müssen oder man muss sie alternativ selbst machen.

Localisation parfaite au pied des pistes
Superbe localisation, au pied des pistes. L'immeuble est très bien tenu. Local à ski très pratique et chauffé. Plaisir de retrouver ses bottines sèches le matin! L’appartement est très bien conçu et très confortable. Il est très bien équipé également. Excellent séjour!

Magnifique séjour
L’appartement est dans une résidence très bien située. Proche d’une tres bonne boulangerie, non loin du centre et au pied des pistes (accès au télésiège bollin en 2 min en ski et au télésiège tuff en - de 5 min à pieds. Retour des pistes en ski). L’appartement est petit mais très bien aménagé et moderne. Les lits sont confortables et nos filles de 14 et 17 ans ont apprécié leur chambre fermée par une porte. On a eu assez de place pour ranger nos affaires sans problème (en laissant les valises vides dans la voiture). Le lave-vaisselle malgré sa petit taille est pratique et efficace. L’appartement était très propre et est facile à entretenir grâce à l’aspirateur Dyson qui est à disposition. La seule petite critique que je pourrais émettre, c’est que si vous décidez de faire le ménage vous-même, il n’y a pas de produits de nettoyage. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour !

Semaine de randonnées à la journée
Logement fonctionnel et conforme à l'annonce dans le bout du plus haut quartier de Tignes. Arrivée tardive possible avec boîtier. Je faisais des marches de 3 à 7h, et j'ai pu voir le très beau parc national de la Vanoise. Il me fallait une heure de marche soutenue pour sortir du paysage des remontées mécaniques (télésièges et pylônes), mais ensuite,, c'était de la nature très belle et préservée (lacs, marmottes, paysages lunaires, glaciers, etc). A vérifier : les remontées seraient gratuites pour les randonneurs l'été (je ne l'ai ai pas utilisé).

Appartement petit mais très bien équipé en vaisselle, couverts. Rangements suffisants pour 4. Résidence située au pied des pistes, idéal pour l'esf et un peu à l'écart du centre donc très au calme. Boulangerie à proximité, le Sherpa est à 5 minutes à pied. Bref tout est parfait
