Building just 200 meters from the slopes, at the foot of an 18-hole golf course (summer). Cinema and shops 50 meters away.

Access possible by train (Bourg-St-Maurice) and plane (Geneva, Chambéry, Lyon) via regular lines by bus, and of course by car. Covered parking lot of the Golf, opposite the building. Because a station without a car is a station that breathes, in Tignes, the car remains in the parking lot. Free shuttles for all your trips. The car parks are chargeable from the end of November to the beginning of May, free the rest of the year. During the paid period, we can offer you (subject to availability) covered parking for € 60 per week (instead of € 82 at the Golf car park).

Free access to the aquatic area of the Lagoon with your ski passes in winter and 2 tickets / person offered with the reservation in summer (via the Sportignes card).

Above average comfortable clean and well equipped apartment
We (myself and my wife) stayed in this apartment for a month in January this year for a ski holiday. The apartment was comfortable, clean and equipped with everything we needed especially if you prefer to budget by self-catering. Heating worked well and could be controlled according to individual requirements. Mountain view from the small balcony at the rear is a nice bonus. Ski lockers and a ski boot room near entrance to the building and lift access to the apartment are very convenient. If you come with a car, secure underground parking in an adjacent building can be arranged in advance with the concierge (this is somewhat cheaper than the main underground parking facility for the village but be aware that the security access code is changed each week). Only complaint, especially for older skiers such as ourselves, is that access to the slopes is not as quick and easy as some reviewers would have you believe.It is an uphill trip of at about 10 minutes to the nearest lift (Tuffs). And walking with your skis on the village footpaths can be hazardous because they are often quite icy and the local authorities do a very poor job of making them safe for pedestrians. In particular, access through the car park outside the apartment block was completely covered in ice during much of our stay. A free local ski bus service, such as those provided in many other European ski resorts, would certainly alleviate the issue.
