VILLA MARIAROSA is the ideal destination for a quiet, relaxing family holiday.
A holiday here offers opportunities for many enjoyable activities: on the nearby beaches, on walking or mountain-biking trails, or in the villages along the pretty lakeside.
The VILLA has a large garden and in the summer guests are entitled to free entry to the municipal outdoor swimming pool in Prabione.

Sehr saubere und gemütliche Wohnung
Schöne Lage in den Bergen, gemütliche Ferienwohnung, die mit allem erforderlichen ausgestattet ist. Garage für Motorräder vorhanden. Grundstück ist abgeschlossen.
Allerdings stand in der Anzeige mit Pool, allerdings war kein Pool dabei.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Herbstwoche in Gardola verbracht. Wir kannten den Ort bereits aus dem Sommer. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hervorragend und herzlich.

Super sauber, sehr gepflegtes Objekt, tolle Gastgeber!
Bei unserer Ankunft hat uns Carlo's Bruder ganz herzlich empfangen. Er hat uns ganz toll alles auf Englisch erklärt.
Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Das ganze Anwesen ist extrem gepflegt. Direkt um die Ecke ist ein kleiner Supermarkt in dem man alles kaufen kann was man so braucht. Direkt um die andere Ecke ist eine kleine aber feine Pizzeria. Es sind nur wenige Minuten bis in den Ortskern oder bis zu den anderen Ortsteilen. Wir waren mit unseren Motorrädern da und durften diese in der großen Garage abstellen. Carlo fährt selbst Motorrad und hat sich sehr gefreut das wir als Motorradfahrer bei Ihm gebucht haben. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Es war ein super Urlaub.
Die Unterkunft ist im Kern von Gardola gelegen, in einer lebendigen Umgebung. Viele Restaurants sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, der Supermarkt innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten.
Die Wohnung selber war sauber, gepflegt und gemütlich. Vom Balkon aus hatten wir ein schönen Blick auf die Berge.
Carlo (der Vermieter) ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, er versorgte uns mit vielen Informationen zu Events und Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Von der Unterkunft konnten viele einfache bis schwere Wanderungen direkt gestartet werden, da ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Einiger Nachteil (aber nur ein kleiner) ist die Lage des Ortes. Der Gardasee ist zwar in unmittelbarer Nähe, bis zu den Hauptorten (Riva, Sirmione usw.) ist man aber durchaus 45-60 Minuten mit dem Auto unterwegs, insbesondere in der Hauptferienzeit. Das ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau. ;-)
Fazit. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, in 3-4 Jahren werden wir bestimmt mal wieder vorbeikommen. ;-)

Sehr schöne Ferienanlage
Netter Gastgeber.
Wohnung ist sauber und ordentlich. Ist aber nur mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet.
Gefallen hat uns dass Schwimmbad das kostenlos nutzbar ist. Man kann schöne Touren von dort machen....

Schönes Domicil, sehr freundlicher Vermieter
Hoch über dem Gardasee liegt diese schöne Unterkunft in dem ruhigen Ort Gardola. Unsere Wohnung lag im 2. Stock mit kleinem Balkon mit Blick auf den Monte Baldo . Schon bei Buchung hat uns Carlo angeboten die Motorradgarage für unsere Cabrio mitbenutzen zu können. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Die Küche neu, alles hervorragend sauber. Sat TV mit einigen deutschen Sendern ist vorhanden. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ca 50m entfernt. Direkt nebenan auch ein Bioölhandler. Im Ort gibt es einige gute Restaurants, preislich und auch geschmacklich machen sich die paar Kilometer vom See schon sehr bemerkbar. Wer gerne Wanderungen machen möchte, Gardola liegt im Naturschutzpark. Im gepflegten Garten des Hauses gibt es einige Liegestühle und viele Spielmöglichkeiten besonders für kleiner Kinder. Im Sommer kann man auch ein nahegelegenes Schwimmbad kostenlos besuchen. Carlo ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber.
