Cracked tub. Sink drain not sealed properly. Room stale. Bench cover frayed and ripped and dirty. Shower curtain torn. Bath fan not working so also ceiling spotted from moisture. Complementary breakfast basically toast. Juice maker broken. Ran out of coffee. Asked about the smoke smelling room and said wanted to go somewhere else and get refund. He checked room and then a gal checked it. Both basically said nothing. Said has broken English because his second language. Gave us the room key and that was it. We’re so tired from traveling just dealt with it and went off site for a bit so only was there for a quick sleep.

The bathroom light was broken. I went to the front desk and was told they couldn’t give me another room’All sales final’. In the morning there were only stale bagels and nothing to put on them. I told them the coffee was empty and they said that was because they didn’t know how to make it

The exterior area could use some TLC. The breakfast was extremely poor. Housekeeping was great, the front desk personnel were outstanding. Parking was good also.

Not a very good experience. In fact, the worst I’ve ever had at a hotel. The room had a strong smell of moist that seemed to come from bathroom ceiling which had apparent mildew. The shower curtain had holes all over. All Mirrors were stain with what seemed looked like remove clued artifacts. We found stain spot on bed sheet and other area within the walls. TV remote battery plate was missing and volume malfunctioning, power button didn’t work either.

Check in was at 3:00 but they didn't have a room ready until 3:45, and then only after I insisted they go check. They were friendly enough, but the excuse was that they were full the night before. I thought having customers was a good thing, not a problem.

The second room that was given seemed to be clean. The facility was old and not updated which gave a musky smell and shabby furnishings. The first room given smelled of urine and had a basketball size hole in bathroom sink. You could see the towels in the cabinet below. Surely you could run water in it. Prices were inflated to double because of limited availability following hurricane Helene. I think this is called price gouging. I was not happy!

I book a room on Sept 30. I worked hard all day doing disaster relief in nearby Lakeland GA. When I got to the hotel on October 4th i got all my luggage out of the truck and went to the front desk. The lady told me my reservation was confirmed. Then she says the hotel was overbooked and i no longer have a room. I called hotels.com and they said there was nothing they could do. They gave me a $30 cash key. I think i deserve a free stay. I almost had to sleep in the truck. The only thing that stopped me from doing so was my wife calling a nearby friend.

Will never stay at a microtel again. It was that bad. Musty smell covered by strong scent they're trying to cover it with. Holes in shower curtain. Dirty towels. Road noise was the worst ive ever experienced.

My first room has a giant hole in the sink basin. Unusable. Second room already had someone in it!!! Third room smelled horrible. More likely water damage that was not properly dried and treated. Not even an apology. Management could have cared less.
