Tidal Tranquility Cottage

Introducing Tidal Tranquility Cottage, one of four newly built cottages (Rocky Point Farms Cottages). An inviting indoor space with vaulted ceilings and large windows that pour natural light into a relaxing living room and an elegant kitchen with high-end appliances. Heat and an electric fireplace, TV and WIFI. This cottage is open year-round. This cottage has a shared outdoor hot tub.

Our cottages contain a living room and full kitchen, two bedrooms, and one washroom. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, night stands, dresser, and black out curtains.
Our property also has 450 feet of oceanfront on the beautiful Waweig River. The waters at this area of the Waweig River are especially calm and smooth making it an excellent point of entry for kayakers to go for a trip down the river (seasonal). At low tide the beach becomes a walkable flat rock bed for sea treasure hunters to have a closer look.

We have 20 acres of wooded land, with a privately developed walking trail, giving guests direct access to popular walking, hiking, mountain biking, ATV’ing, and horseback riding trails that extend throughout Charlotte County and into other parts of New Brunswick.

We are 12 minutes from St. Stephen and 15 minutes from the well-known tourist town of St. Andrews by-the-sea. We are also within 20 minutes distance to many local attractions such as Ganong Nature Park, Kingsbrae Garden, Huntsman Marine Science Centre, Ministers Island, whale watching, and golfing. Access to the cottages is only 1 km from Highway No. 1 making it very easy to locate.
We request an upfront refundable damage deposit of $250 CA before your stay.
A refundable damage deposit is paid upfront 2 days prior to your arrival and is held until after your stay. If no damages occur during the stay, the deposit is automatically refunded to you via your payment method within 14 days after your stay.
At Rocky Point Farms Cottages our cottages are kept exceptionally clean and the grounds are maintained by a professional landscaper. This cottage is open year year. Heat, electric fireplace, TV, and WIFI.
This cottage shares an outdoor hot tub with Compass Cove Cottage, semi private walls in place.
MAXIMUM 4 Adults OR 2 Adults and 3 children. This cottage must NOT exceed 5 people.

Please close all windows when leaving.
SMOKERS: No smoking of any kind indoors. No smoking or vaping on deck.
Smokers, please put all butts in a disposable container.

INVITING FRIENDS: Total number of people at each cottage at any time is a maximum of 8 and no unregistered guests after 10pm. Kayaks and hot tubs are intended for Guest use only.

Blue Heron Cottage 1 and Tidal Tranquility Cottage 2 are non-pet friendly.
Compass Cove Cottage 3 and The Hideaway Cottage 4 are pet-friendly.
Check In: 4pm (message host if you’d like to check in sooner)
Check Out: 11am

Please take out garbage and recyclables daily, extra bags are provided under the sink and there is a garbage and recycle bin on the outside of the Laundry Facility for extra garbage.
