Espaço para muitas melhorias de atendimento.
Possibilidade de muitas melhorias, especialmente em atendimento e consideração. Reservamos uma casa para 10 pessoas (família, com idosos e crianças) que era definida pelo ePipa como “vila”, com vista para a lagoa. O ambiente do condomínio é muito agradável e bem cuidado, com uma ótima piscina, espaço aberto e muito verde. A casa era confortável, com áreas amplas, porém necessitava de alguns ajustes: armários de quartos e cozinha com dificuldade de uso e cheiro forte; fogão com o forno e 2 bocas sem funcionar; banheiros com válvulas necessitando ajustes; apenas 1 TV em toda a casa. O maior problema foi o defeito no sistema de água quente. Como não existe uma equipe de apoio local 24h, os contatos são por telefone ou WhatsApp. Era muito difícil o retorno de contato pela ePipa! Quando conseguimos contato, após muitas tentativas de telefonemas, mensagens de voz e textos, a solução oferecida pelo técnico e responsável disponível naquele momento foi permitir o uso de UMA suíte da casa/vila vizinha com sistema de água quente normal (que estava desocupada e, esta sim, possuía uma bela vista para lagoa pois a casa disponibilizada para nós tinha árvores e arbustos impedindo a bela vista ofertada). Realmente nos sentimos desamparados e pouco considerados pela equipe do ePipa. Indico reservar as outras casas disponíveis por outra administradora de reservas.
