Falta de estrutura e de respeito ao cliente
Nos hospedamos num dia e no dia seguinte acordamos às 6:30 (para aproveitarmos o dia em passeios devido ao horário da maré baixa) e estávamos SEM ÁGUA. Ficamos horas aguardando pra poder: dar descarga, escovar dentes, tomar banho. Um horror! Pois a solução para voltar a água vinha sendo prometida pra mais meia hora desde as 6:30-6:40, mas nunca chegava. E víamos que apenas o setor - H - onde ficava nosso quarto ainda permanecia sem água. As 12:00 optamos por pedir pra o hotel providenciar o cancelamento da reserva de mais uma diária junto ao hotéis.com pq não dava pra ficarmos hospedados em hotel sem água. Perdemos passeios neste dia por ficarmos presos aguardando a chegada da água e tbem por termos que fazer check out pela falta d’água. Só então, finalmente ofereceram mudar a gente para outro quarto onde a água já tinha chegado, mas mesmo assim, só tivemos acesso a quarto com água depois das 14 horas. Ou seja: pagamos diária completa, mas ficamos 6 horas sem água e sem nenhum conforto Um absurdo!! Optamos por 2 diárias para podemos desfrutar de um dia inteiro de passeios em Pipa e só pudemos começar a aproveitar - o que foi possível -depois das 15:00.

Incrível desde a recepção. Viemos fazer um passeio em Pipa, pois estávamos em João Pessoa e decidimos na praia ficar mais uns dias. Por sorte, nós hospedamos no Ilê e fomos muito bem recebidos por todos, uma equipe maravilhosa e atenciosa. O restaurante Amary, vale a pena demais aproveitar os pratos, nem são tão caros como outros lugares mais perto da praia. Além de ter um lindo spa e academia.

A experiência no hotel foi ótima até a realização de um evento de motocross na região, onde os participantes também hospedam-se no hotel e utilizam as instalações como qualquer outro hóspede. Logo, se você busca tranquilidade, é melhor evitar essa época. Recomendo se informar sobre a programação do hotel antes de fazer a reserva, pois minha paz foi abruptamente interrompida com a chegada deles. Outro aspecto preocupante foi a falta de supervisão de crianças. Em um dia, encontrei uma criança de 7 anos sozinha na academia, levantando pesos nos aparelhos. Além disso, houve momentos em que crianças estavam gritando em frente à nossa varanda após às 22h, e presenciei outras subindo nos corrimãos para pular na piscina. Todos os episódios foram reportados à recepção que parecida não fazer muita coisa. Vale destacar que essas situações ocorreram durante o evento de motocross, e antes disso, o hotel oferecia uma experiência maravilhosa em todos os aspectos. Os funcionários precisam estar mais atentos a essas questões e cuidar para que a experiência de quem já estava não se torne negativa. Por fim, gostaria de mencionar que o quarto em que ficamos não tinha smart TV, o que impossibilitou o acesso a aplicativos como Netflix

Quarto amplo e confortável
Ficamos em um quarto com deck molhado que era muito espaçoso e confortável. Os lençóis e travesseiros eram de excelente qualidade, bem como os roupões disponibilizados. A piscina do hotel também é satisfatória, com boa profundidade, cerâmica escura e prainha. O café da manhã não é o diferencial, mas a equipe se esforça para atender alguns pedidos. O quarto não tinha secador, mas foi providenciado após nosso pedido.

Local muito bem localizado, quarto confortável, bem decorado. Amplo. Precisando muito aumentar quantidade de cadeiras e mesas no restaurante para o café da manhã. E limpar ou reestofar cadeiras com outro tipo de tecido. Estão imundas. A equipe é uma simpatia. Melhorar a qualidade dos pães tb seria bom.
