Really enjoyed our week at the property. The property is in a great location for access to the beach, restaurants/bars and shopping. Easy check-in process and well looked after by the property manager Dean. Couldn’t ask for much more!

A wonderful haven and surroundings
Evrything went so smoothly. Anything that we required or needed we only had to lift the phone to Dean the Manager of the property who provide advice etc. The apartment itself was clean and well maintained. The Balcony looked out to the sea front (beaufiful views). The pool area was well kept and we liked the way it was gated. All in all a fabulous Holiday and we would definitely recommend this apartment. Hopefully see you next year Dean and thanks for everything. From C6 Yvonne + John

First class apartment
Lovely light and airy apartment with modern, well finished decor. Well laid out with everything you would need. The apartment is convenient for all the bars and restaurants with only a short walk to the old town and across the road from the beach. The sea view from the large balcony is lovely. Despite the bars below we had no problem with noise. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future.

Everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Delightful balcony - perfect for breakfast. A really comfortable bed - not always easy to find in a holiday rental. All the equipment you could need including washing machine. Great TV - more channels than I've seen before! Location - great for beach: husband swam every morning / late afternoon. Thanks for beach towels! Loads of eating / drinking restaurants/bars. We really liked the Barbacoa San Miguel & Mexican Cantina. Thank you!

Lovely 1 bed ground floor apartment in quiet complex
Lovely 1 bed ground floor apartment with sea views. Great security with double lockable doors to front and rear, alarmed and with a deposit safe. Cool rear double bedroom, with a firm mattress with plenty of storage with lots of hangers Modern shower room with double headed shower with good water pressure. Lounge/kitchen/diner very clean and modern units with kettle, toaster, oven, fridge freezer and washing machine, small table and chairs 1 sofa also had option of paid air conditioning if required but did not need to use at end of March. Large TV with lots of English Chanel’s including sky channels and sports. Views out from large balcony of the sea as frontline apartment (could also see roof top of commercial buildings below of shops and restaurants but did not hear noise) balcony had 4 chairs, table and 1 sunbed - quite private. The apartment is so close to it all yet a lovely quiet complex the swimming pool is very close to the apartment too. Would recommend and definitely will be returning.

One of the best.
Everything went well on our journey out (always a good sign). We arrived early but found to our delight that the cleaners had worked their magic. The apartment was everything shown in the booking info, clean, well equipped and in an excellent location. the balcony was put to good use as a place to eat and sun bathe. The easy access to the strip is a bonus. EXCELLENT.

This excellent apartment is tucked away in a private complex just off the south end of Avenida Playa (main strip) opposite main beaches and it's sea, sand & loungers. The apartment is well appointed with all mod cons. The very private terrace has an excellent view & is a real sun trap. The complex has a private pool just outside the apartment with plenty of loungers, although we used the beach more. When we arrived we were worried about noise at night from The Strip but needn't have, it was perfectly peaceful. There are plenty of restaurants within minutes of the apartment and it's only a 15 minute amble to the picturesque harbour area. Well worth booking if you're planning a trip to Puerto Del Carmen.

Nice property no hairdryer as listed so had to go and buy one for €15 euros would have brought my own if I knew. Only air con unit in the lounge not in the bedroom hard to sleep and you have to pay for it.
