When you book through Expedia you don’t get the normal room I got a renovation hard floor cold older tub no chair or extra pillow like up stairs rooms staff at night when I checked in need to learn to smile and greet you where did the old staff in the green jackets and dressed nicely go? I stayed here many nights in the 90’s must be new ownership I won’t be back here

Beautiful hotel, very clean, spacious room, spacious bathroom with the shiniest cleanest tub. I would have stayed longer if I could have. Restaurant in the hotel and a big pool. There is a big lounging area that is very inviting and comfortable. I will stay here again if I am back to Thunder Bay one day.
