This property has really gone down hill. The hallways are dirty and smell. Walls are very dirty. Tile grout in bathroom was black, carpet was filthy. Quite obvious that things like towel bars had broken and just screwed back into wall in another place. This used to be a nice affordable place to stay. It needs a total upgrade and deep clean.

Front desk staff were nice, hallways smelled really weird and not good, room was decently clean carpets could use to be cleaned and room stunk of cigarette smoke which gave me a migraine plus a bug in the sink but otherwise was good! Bed was also not comfy and made our backs hurt.

Disgusting
I've never been in a dirtier hotel. The front lobby looks okay but as soon as we entered the elevator, I felt sick from the smell and the stains on the carpet. When we exited the elevator, the stench of weed and pets was overpowering. Then the room...we saw the dirt and mold on the bed skirts and we just left. We decided we'd stay in our car overnight rather than in that hotel. Why did we choose it? It was the only one left for the night in the city. I can see why. Disgusting!!! I have no idea why the General Manager, Christopher Payne, doesn't demand better from his staff or why the hotel isn't simply shut down. I will never stay at another Travelodge no matter the city!

There was a coffee machine but no cup in the room. Room was too noisy from corridor and cars noise from road. Even can hear some machine noise other than air conditioner. It need some serious renovation to get these issues resolved.

I want to say it was a great stay from the day before i arrived. The evening before i received a call from .. i may spell the name incorrectly. A call from cushy . She informed me that their was a double booking. That goodness she caught it and took the time to call. I want to call out Sayid and Austin sayid was running the desk in the am and was very helpful polite and genuinely cared about the Customer and hotel. Now Austin. Wow what a go getter. Im always out of my room doing something every time i seen him he was working on something. He's making the hotel a cleaner much more enjoyable place. The work you did in the courtyard Austin. Amazing. I usually book a hotel that has a court yard near the pool so i can take a swim go out to sit in the sun or simply get out of the room to work on my laptop.. Ill be booking more often in the summer and winter based on having such a nice area. Good job & congratulations on great customer service and showing that you love your job Ian Cox

Our initial room had three different sets of fake nails on the floor along with food crumbs, and the place smelled as if people had been smoking cigarettes inside. We got a new room and it was a little better but had odd stains on the walls. The staff were nice and accommodating at the front desk. The one morning had some excitement with two cop cars out front. Overall, aside from the staff this was a poor experience.
