Not Perfect but Not Bad
The room, and entire facility was mostly clean and pleasant. It did look like the carpet could use a cleaning, and the hot tub had some hair and a few floaters - although that might just be attributed to the person who was in it most recently. The pool area - not the pool/hot tub themselves, but the area as a whole - felt a bit industrial and was quite noisy, even when my wife and I were the only ones there. The jets on the hot tub provided very minimal pressure. We weren't sure if they were even on at first. The room was clean - other than the stained carpet - but even that had obviously been vacuumed well. The mattress was okay once I got positioned, but I could feel the springs as I was getting in bed. It was obviously a very cheap mattress. Breakfast was minimal compared to many hotels, but you certainly wouldn't go hungry. They had pancakes instead of the more common waffles. The pancakes tasted okay, but they were small and rubbery. I needed a knife to cut them. Other than that; lots of cereals and breads, yogurt, hard boiled eggs... There were no hot eggs.

Overall was an excellent stay, no complaints! Restaurants nearby were available, w/in walking distance and the food was good. Good value, would stay there again in the future w/out looking for other options which did not happen w/ a previous place we stayed in the same city.

We have booked with this hotel multiple times for travel due to medical, would be great to see some upgrades to flooring or at least a carpet shampooing! Otherwise,great friendly staff, a good choice of breakfast items and convenient to surrounding amenities!
