Practical location with good service.
Generally a comfortable hotel which catered for anything I asked. Front desk helped confirm bus times etc and gave recommendations for the city. Check in was pretty fast and friendly. The bathroom could do with a really good deep clean and new shower curtain as there was evidence of damp, although it was not dirty just a little unsightly. The air-conditioning worked, although quite loud, but definitely needed in April. 15 minutes from the Bus Station /20 from the train station and main temple.

A very clean and spacious hotel. The rooms are equipped with facilities that are worth the price. Service is 24-hours.... be it information, food or even buying something from outside the hotel for it to be delivered. I will like to place on record the services of the front desk staff - Ms Priya, Mr Dinesh and Mr Sooraj They were not just helpful and accommodating to every need but very mindful of customer's preferences and always looking out for the safety of their guests. It was a wonderful stay and service with a smile... True Thrissur ( Kerala) hospitality.
