With four bedrooms (3 main bedrooms plus a loft) and two separate living rooms, there’s plenty of space for up to 8 people to stretch out and make memories. You’ll feel the cozy vibe the moment you step inside, but we’ve made sure you won’t have to sacrifice modern comforts. High-speed Wi-Fi? Check. Fire TV for streaming your favorite shows? Check. Game nights that run late into the evening? Double-check.
And when you’re ready to fuel up, the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need for a home-cooked meal: spices, a full knife set, and plenty of pots, pans, and bakeware. From French press coffee to tea brewed just the way you like it, we’ve got your mornings covered too.

We strive to keep things like snow removal in check, but since this is the White Mountains, don’t be surprised if a little snow or ice sneaks in during your stay. We’ve provided a shovel and salt should some snow fall or ice form during your stay. We hope this helps to keep your feet (and your adventure) moving forward.
Water Alert: Our water comes from a shared well, which is regularly tested for safety. While it’s safe for most guests, pregnant women and infants under 6 months are advised to use bottled water for peace of mind. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.
