Luxurious waterfront house located on the shores of Lake Geneva, the largest lake in Europe, in Thonon-Les-Bains.
Its creator wanted it to be long, guiding the eye towards the horizon and inviting it to get lost in the distance on the lake. Made entirely of wood, black steel and concrete, the impressive ceiling height is supported by cathedral windows and a large patio window.
Standing only 6 meters from the water's edge, this formidable building has been carefully and cleverly designed to draw your attention to the lake in front of it.
This 320 m² waterfront house can accommodate up to 10 people and is composed as follows :
- 2 communicating bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower
- 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom with bathtub
- 1 studio with independent access, with bathroom and kitchenette

- Central fireplace (firewood provided)
