This is by far THE WORST place I have ever stayed at... I had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I regret every second of it. From the moment I checked in, the staff's attitude was dismissive and outright rude, I booked a double bed and drove 6 hours to get here, i was given a disgusting room with one King bed because according the front desk (absolute disgust of a human being) said " I dont care what you booked, this is what you get. You can take your key and go or i can cancel your room" then closes the window in my face and she is gone.
The front desk clerk acted like I was an inconvenience, barely looked up from their phone, and sighed heavily every time I asked a basic question. I requested a room change because the one they assigned me smelled like mildew and had stained sheets, but the she refused, claiming they were "fully booked" (despite the empty parking lot and no signs of other guests).
." The staff's lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was appalling.
This place clearly has zero standards for customer service and even less for respect.
Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else. A park bench would offer better hospitality.
