Worst room I have ever had
We got there and they're doing construction on the top floor and you're on the bottom floor so all your hearing is banging and the room smelled because something they're doing something with a sewer lines then we went to customer service so we could tell them we're leaving and they said well we can't cancel your room cuz it's under hotel.com I called hotel.com they said they had to call the place they called the place they said they had to wait for a manager and two days later they said I couldn't get a refund because the manager would not do it so hotel.com sucks too so if I was you I wouldn't do neither one of this place or hotel.com

Good for a one night stay. Not multiple nights. Worked for us because we just needed one night as we passed through. Room was super clean and bed linens were clean. Bathroom seat wasn’t bolted down. It was broken and moved or fell off every time you used it. Bathroom door was broke as well. Microwave wasn’t working but we realized they had it in a spot with no plug so we had to move it to another area to use. Overall, area is well lit and a good location. Good for a one night stop through but not for multiple nights:

If I would have seen a better representation of the property in the photos or had other options I would have passed on this location. Renovations were underway and although the room had been renovated it was still very tired and did not have a clean feel. The staff was great and friendly and took care of getting me another room when the first one had been forgotten by the cleaning staff.

The hotel looks ok from the outside. Inside is cluttered and customer service is low. Room smells of mildew which made it difficult to sleep. Had to find another location to complete my stay.

Rooms are decent and clean in this property. Would prefer to have more towels in the room, but you can easily ask for more at the front desk. Hotel is across the street from the mall so it’s accessible with lots of dining options. Service is basic, but the staff is very pleasant. Would definitely stay here again whenever i’m in Valdosta.

Property needs updating and breakfast is only a waffle, toast, or whole grain cereal. Coffee was terrible and not replaced when it ran out. Door to our room was closed but had a big gap to the outside.
