First floor of our house "la Belle d'Ici"

Quietly on the heights of our small village located between Avignon, Arles, Uzès and Nîmes, near the A9 motorway, we warmly welcome you and are at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Our rental, independent from the ground floor, includes: a master bedroom, its bathroom, two sinks, with walk-in shower, a toilet, a large living room and its fireplace with insert, very comfortable convertible sofa bed for a couple in addition (10 € / pax), a beautiful terrace of almost 60 m2.

Possibility to eat on site according to your desires (breakfast 5 €, meal 20 €)

Our house is non-smoking, but ashtrays are available on the terrace,

We provide you with a cot, a high chair and a changing table with bath,
ironing board and iron, household linen, hair dryer,

Our friends the dogs are accepted but we prefer them of medium size and quiet
We respect the tranquility of our tenants while listening to them.

Great Hosts
Wonderfull home with gracious hosts. Stayed with a friend while touring around the south of France and the stay with France and Serge couldn't have been better. As I scored Five Star all around.......the only thing to remember is you need a car. For everything else your hosts will do their best to help you. Thanks for a great stay!

A lovely Autumn Visit to The Gard
I loved the apartment and the warm welcome by France and Serge. The spacious apartment is on the second floor, very quite, very private. It is decorated with a loving touch .The location is in an interesting little village to be explored perched on a hillside surrounded by vineyards. It was cold when I visited and can only imagine how nice it must be in the warmer weather with the large outdoor terrace area. All and all it is a lovely little nest for exploring The Gard...I will be back for sure.

Quiet place, close to many attractions
Theziers is a small village close to the Pont du Gard and within less than one hour driving from Avignon, Nimes, Arles, and Orange. You will need a car as there is no public transportation to speak of. The village itself is very quiet with a great bakery and bar, but no restaurant. Neighboring villages and towns do. We always had dinner elsewhere before returning for the night. The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating in all respects. They live downstairs and are available to answer questions most of the time. Second floor patio is fabulous for breakfast and dinner/ BBQ. Sleep sofa was especially comfortable. We had a great time and would return immediately.

Le juste milieu
Non, vous n'allez pas garer votre voiture devant la demeure. Mais bien à 50 m. Et alors ? Deux chambres distinctes, une salle de bain spacieuse et "confortable". Un salon sans reproches. Une terrasse spacieuse. Le tout très agréablement décoré. Il n'y a pas de véritable cuisine. Mais parlez aux propriétaires, France et Serge et vous partagerez leur table. Ca, c'est pour ce qui est "matériel" L'endroit est calme mais bien situé. Un juste milieu. Nous avons visité à l'ouest : le Pont du Gard et Uzès. Au sud : Arles. Au nord-est : le mont Ventoux. A l'ouest : Roussillon, St-Rémy-de-Provence. France et Serge nous ont fait découvrir et accompagné au moulin d'huile d'olive, chez le producteur de (bons) vins, chez la productrice de "vrai" miel. Produits locaux et bio. Chaque locataire potentiel aura bien entendu des critères spécifiques à sa propre situation, mais nous 3 (> 60 ans) avons trés apprécié.

Nous avons passé un séjour de 5 nuits dans cette chambre d’hôte, accompagnés d’un bébé en bas âge. A l’arrivée nous avons été très bien accueillis, Serge et France sont très gentils à l’écoute et se rendent disponibles. Ils ont su respecter notre intimité La chambre d’hôte est idéalement située, à proximité de beaucoup de lieux incontournables et touristiques Les lieux sont spacieux, propres et fonctionnels la terrasse aménagée est superbe et apaisante pas de bruit Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour, une belle expérience a renouveler

Traumhafte Unterkunft
Total süße und schnuckelige Unterkunft in einem kleinen verträumten Dorf mit engen Gassen. Dort gibt es auch nichts zum Einkaufen oder Bummeln. Auch der ehemalige Bäcker war geschlossen. Die Unterkunft war super sauber und geräumig. Sehr geschmackvoll. Sogar Babybett und Babywanne waren vorhanden. Leider fehlte uns die Küche. Es gab auf der Außenterrasse 2 Herdplatten und etwas Geschirr und im Wohnzimmer stand ein Kühlschrank. Für Frühstück hat es gelangt. Spülen konnten wir unser Geschirr nicht, das hat im Laufe des Tages die Vermieter abgeholt, gespült und uns wieder hingestellt. Sehr nett. Man muss aber noch wissen, dass die Ferienwohnung nicht vollkommen getrennt ist von den Vermietern. Man geht die Treppe hoch und lediglich ein Babygitter trennt den eigenen Bereich. Somit hört man sich gegenseitig. France und ihr Mann sind sehr leise und diskret. Aber wir waren mit Baby und einem Kind angereist und waren die ganze Zeit darauf bedacht, leise zu sein, um die Vermieter auch nicht zu stören. Wir waren dann den ganzen Tag unterwegs. France und ihr Mann sind wirklich sehr liebenswerte und aufmerksame Vermieter. Für kurzen Aufenthalt für uns geeignet, für länger leider nicht, da die Küche und die räumliche Trennung fehlte. France et serge sont deux formidables hôtes, à l’écoute, souriants et disponibles. Le logement est impeccable et bénéficie d’une superbe terrasse où l’on peut séjourner des heures meme en pleine chaleur.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen
Die Unterkunft ist eher ländlich, mitten im Ort auf dem Berg. Mit dem Auto kommt man nur sehr schwer direkt zum Haus. Man parkt dann einfach ein paar Straßen weiter unten. Der Ort selber ist total nett, aber es gibt keinerlei Restaurants etc. Die Wohnung ist direkt im Obergeschoss von den Vermietern. Da wir selten vor Ort waren, hat es uns nicht gestört. Das einzige, was für uns eher störend war, ist die s.g. Küche. Es handelt sich dabei nur um eine outdoor Küche ohne wirkliche Ausstattung. Frühstück machen ist gerade noch machbar, aber ansonsten ist kochen nur schwer möglich. Die Terrasse ist dafür aber total schön. Und absolut nicht einsehbar. Fance und Serge sind sehr umgängliche und sympathische Vermieter

Serge et France sont des personnes merveilleusement accueillantes et gentilles. En leur compagnie,vous ne manquerez de rien. Ils sont de bons conseils concernant les visites aux alentours et sont passionnés par leur région. La maison est belle, propre, bien agencée et la terrasse est un véritable bonheur. Sans compter la piscine que nous étions si heureux de trouver le soir après une longue journée à marcher ! Allez-y les yeux fermés ... Merci encore !!

Tout d'abord Merci et Bravo à mes hôtes, qui sont des dignes Ambassadeurs du concept de chambre d'hôte 👍 Mon séjour a été parfait. Plus en détails...pour les courageux/ses Séjour de 4 sem dans un village typique, très bien situé, au milieu d'une région riche en lieux à visiter, Avignon, Oranges, Arles, les Baux de Provence, Uzès, etc.. Reçu au sein d'une maison typique, très agréablement agencée, et habitée par 2 hôtes charmants. Un espace privatif très clair et très fonctionnel, une terrasse privative tellement agréable, bref, je m'y suis senti comme à la maison (mes 2 chats aussi !), avec la pression familiale en moins. Les propriétaires savent se rendre disponibles (apéro, petit dej, discussions, repas) mais respectent totalement mes allées et venues et moments de tranquillité. Une adresse que je garde pour un prochain séjour et que je recommande vivement pour court séjour étape ou long séjour. J'ai eu l'occasion de goûter à leur cuisine (Tielle , Tarte tatin, Tajine, confitures maison, etc..), qui est également de grande qualité et préparée avec grande attention. Pour clore ce long message, je souhaite vivement remercier mes hôtes pour leur attention et gentillesse à l'égard de mes 2 chats. Vacances réussies sans soucis grâce à eux !
