The space is a Morton barn built in 2016 with comfortable living spaces and modern conveniences. The property includes a covered porch/patio with an electric BBQ grill, picnic table, views, chairs, trees, wildlife, boat ramp and a cantilevered pier over the Big Horn River. There's plenty of parking room and carport for boats, trailers and vehicles. Enjoy the red rock cliffs and expansive views and observe wildlife and floaters on the river. Very near the Yates-Roberts Ferry Crossing at 4-mile Bridge.

A separate part of the barn features an Aikido (a peaceful martial art) school (dojo) which may meet a few times a week. Aikido training is complimentary for all guests. Instructor is a Go Dan (5th Degree Black Belt) in Aikido.

Guests have access to the entire property except the owner's house, unless invited.

We have a friendly, gentle, socialized black lab who loves to play. We love dogs just as much as the next dog lover.
However:
A guest dog is acceptable ONLY UPON APPROVAL. Please be mindful of your special pet. The dog is not allowed on the furniture. Pick up poop. Leashing or crating is required. The dog may not be left unattended. Bring your own doggie bed, food/water bowls and other pet necessities. Please work with us so we can continue to allow pets. Carpets are professionally cleaned after a pet stay so we do ask for a one time $60 pet fee. Tell your dog I said hi!

Primo Location/ Accessibility for tubing - fishing/ Clean & Welcoming!
We arrived for a short getaway to spend some quality time with our oldest son now living in Wyoming state. We had the best time spending a warm Saturday afternoon floating the river from our private river access. Our hosts were so lovely & gracious and their dog “Sport” was the sweetest. Their property provided all the amenities that we needed to be comfortable & relaxed. Hope we have an opportunity in the future to be in the area and stay here again!

Great little place if busy outdoors during stay!
Very cute! Well stocked with supplies in kitchen. Nice peninsula for eating, small elevated table as well so 4 could eat in kitchen. Bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, bunkbed adequate for 2 adults on bottom but not very comfortable (it is a bunk bed). Main bed very comfortable. No separate sitting area or living room space, no TV so was a bit too small for us and if had bad weather and kids, not much room to sit, can’t stream or watch movie etc. very close to water for fishing and tubing etc. and boat launch. Dis have picnic table out front under cover so we used that as sitting/visiting area. Had 2 nice chairs- might bring more.

Incredible experience, absolute must stay!
Best ever!! View from property is amazing, love the wildlife, sunsets, right on the river. Wi-fi is a huge plus. Very affordable. Hosts Cindi and Reggie are friendly, knowledgeable, kind, giving and make you feel like family. Well behaved and friendly dog, Sport. What more could we ask for? This is truly one of the best vacations we have ever been on offering a dock and opportunity for teen's first fishing experience, along with river floating, rafting and hot springs close by. If you're looking to enjoy a restful time away from the hustle and bustle this is the place for you! 5 Stars all the way!
